Daily Inspiration: June 7. We Are Not Who We Have Been Programmed To Be
How much more of our life do we have to continue to sacrificed to judgment, frustration, anxiousness, anger, resentment, hate and revenge, before we finally realize, that we are not who we have been programmed by the ego to be? No matter how normal and natural, that using such behaviors may appear to be, they are in no way in alignment with your eternal loving essence, who you were created to be. In fact, those individuals who the ego has trained us to condemn for our pain and suffering, are actually the ones who, through their participation in our life, are helping us realize, that through our thoughts, words and actions, we are reinforcing who we are not. Yes, without our brothers and sisters participation in our life, we would not be able to bring out the false concepts that live within our hearts and minds, into the physical realm, and if only for this clarity, let us offer them our gratitude. The ego will always try to reinforce in us, that its tools are natural and normal, proper responses to our brothers and sisters. Yet, because the ego itself is self-destructive in nature, we will sooner or later get sick and tired of its results, and it will be because of this dissatisfaction with the ego’s ‘solutions’, that we will begin to look for a better way. A better way, is just a path, that more closely aligns us with our loving nature. We are always, unconscious of it as we may sometimes be, looking for a way to align with our loving nature. Peace, compassion, forgiveness and joy, are aspects of our loving nature, and so it is aligned with such energies, where we truly desire to be. We do not naturally desire to experience who we are not, but even experiencing who we are not, helps us better understand what we do not want, and for this level of usefulness, let us be grateful to our experience.
Today, let us stop buying what the ego is selling. Everything that the ego tries to sell us, we truly do not want. Yes, we have been taught to want what we do not in truth want, thus the importance of achieving clarity regarding, what you do and do not want, and who you want and do not want to be. In this dualistic world, you can always find at least two sides to any emotion or energetic expression. For example, judgment can be use to give you a sense of power, which is really a false power, or it can also be used to show you what you don’t desire to experience in your reality. Many times, in this illusionary world, you have to experience the illusion, in order to get, that it is illusionary, and thus that it offers you nothing you truly want. Equally so, you can find a dualistic nature to pain and suffering. Once you experience pain and suffering enough times, you will start to not want to experience pain and suffering, but it was only because you experienced pain and suffering, that you now don’t want to. Pain and suffering, in their own way, then led you to a place of peace, which then made you grateful to your past experience, to your pain and suffering. And so you see, all these false ego based concepts, must be brought to the surface, experienced long enough, seen for what they are, and fully understood, before they are truly forgiven, dismantled and released. Once the programmed blocks to the awareness of Love’s presence are understood, forgiven, dismantled and released, all that will remain to be seen and experienced, is our true nature, the Love that we were all created to be. A greater sense of peace will result, when we start to see, that who we have been programmed by the ego to be, we are not, and who we in truth are, we have always been.
Today, let us recall, that the journey from who we are not, to who we are, is not long, in fact it has no distance, it is simply a journey from forgetfulness to remembrance, from judgment to forgiveness, and from pain to peace. It is a journey without distance to a place you have never left. The place you will be reaching today is your true home, a conscious alignment with Love, who you were created to be. The more we practice aligning with the energy of Love and all its expressions such as peace, joy, forgiveness and compassion, the more we will see how natural they are to us. We will start to feel at One in these states, and it is their welcoming nature, that will remind us that this is where we truly belong, that this is our true home, that this is who we came here to be and share. No longer judge yourself or put yourself down, when you experience life as who you are not. Instead, take these opportunities to practice remembering, that you are not who you have been programmed to be. Let go of the ego’s chaotic mindset, and return home to peace, to a conscious alignment with the state of love. All of the ego’s tools, and your alignment with its mindset, may make you feel lost for a time, but they will all, sooner or later, because they are so unlike the truth in you, will propel you out of their energy field. It will be your experience in, and understanding of, this energy field, that will then make you want to stay away from it, and so it is the same life experience that you once judged yourself and others for having, that you will now be grateful for. It is for such dualistic reasons, that you should not, even in your seeming darkness moments, despair or lose hope. Hope is always just around the corner. The corner, depending on your level of believe in the ego’s mindset, may sometimes seem far off, but it is always there, just around the bend, just a choice away.
Today, let us decide to stop wasting our time judging ourselves and our journeys. Let us make the conscious choice, no matter what the ego throws our way, to not lose hope. Our threshold for pain may be high, but it is not limitless. Sooner or later, after enough time within the ego’s mindset, supporting the false as true, we will be able to begin to distinguish between its lies and our truth. We are not who the ego says we are, but many times, we will only recognize this, by participating in the ego’s delusion long enough, to see that it itself is a lie. Yet, it is also thanks to this life experience, that we can now tell the false from the true. And so now our past judgments of this life experience becomes gratitude, for helping us open our eyes. Finding hope where once no hope seemed to exist, is a sign and symbol of one who has awaken, or is awakening to, who in truth they are. Hope is a symbol of Love, and love is who you are, and it is your growing trust in, and understanding of, this Love, that will allow you to see every moment, as the gift from God to you.
