Daily Inspiration: March 28. Our “Bad Habits” Are Not a Real Part of Us

We are the Love that God is. “Bad habits” do not exist within Love, for everything within Love is loving in nature. Yet, to fully understand and help in the healing of this world, most of us have chosen to fall asleep to who in truth we are. When asleep we dream that we are something other than Love. In this state we unconsciously allow ourselves to be programmed to believe that the characters we are playing within the dream are real. No matter how real the characters within the dream may appear to be, they still are but just figments of our imagination. How many times within a dream would we have sworn to the dream’s “reality,” and of the reality of the characters within the dream? That belief, no matter how strong it was, still never made them real. No matter how many dreams or misperceptions about ourselves we hold, no matter how different from the energy of Love we think we are, our dreams about ourselves are never real. No matter how many bad habits we have within the dream, no matter how real these habits appear to be, every single time one awakens, they realize that they were simply dreaming. Nothing within the dream is ever real. Anything apart from Love is but a dream, an illusionary concept, just a bad habit that we have accepted as real. A bad habit is simply an unconscious response within the dream. We have simply repeated the false concept over and over again and thus now think of it as natural and real. Nothing within the ego’s dream is a natural or real. Today, rejoice that everything in you that is not Love, is not real. Rejoice, that you will never need to judge yourself again once you awaken. Rejoice, that by the simple fact that you are reading this now, you have or are in the process of awakening.

Most people have been unconsciously programmed to believe that they have little or no control over how they react to their environment. Just like in dreams, we become reactive instead of seeing that it is us, who through our own thoughts, are actually the creators of our experience. Being only love, if we are in a negative, stressful or unloving state, this is simply an unconscious habitual response, a learned behavior, a ‘bad’ habit, and not representative of our true loving nature . “Your” negative reaction, is actually not “yours”. It is simply a response of a mind that is asleep to its true nature. Stop supporting with your time, energy and focus, anything within the dream as true. Do so and it will begin to dissolve away back into nothingness. Do so and you will begin to awaken to who you truly are. The more that you can consciously tell when you are sleeping, the closer you will be to awakening. Anytime you find yourself reacting or painting, through your thoughts a negative, stressful or unloving environment, then know that you are dreaming. Do not keep putting yourself or others down for a bad habit, do not keep sinking further into the dream. Simply realize that you are dreaming, support the false concepts in the dream no more, and awaken. When you find yourself reacting in a positive, peaceful or loving manner, give yourself a pat on the back, for this behavior is representative of someone who is awakening from the dream. Today, let us be vigilant to no longer support the ego’s dream nor our so-called bad habits as true. The more vigilant we become, the less time we will spend suffering and in pain.

Today, let us begin to awaken by making a conscious decision to stop supporting and thus nourishing bad habits. To do so we simply need to take its fuel source, our time, focus and energy, away from such thoughts and behaviors. For example, if we have a bad habit that involves judging others, today we choose to instead forgive, to value forgiveness more than judgment. As we do so we experience a less judgmental and more forgiving world. As we continue our efforts, our judgmental habit will become a lesser part of our experience. Let us remember that forgiveness as an expression of Love, is real. Because it is real, it is always available to us as a choice within the now. Judgment being in seeming opposition to forgiveness, can not be real. Only Love is real, and because Love is All, there cannot be any true opposition to All, thus there cannot be any true opposition to forgiveness. Judgment is thus, very simply put, a symbol that we are dreaming. Forgiveness is a symbol that we are awakening from the dream. Today, if we judge, let that be a signal to us that we are supporting a “bad habit,” by buying into the dream as real. Then, let us allow this to become a signal to us, that triggers an alarm clock within our minds that reminds us that it is time to awaken from the dream. The more you desire to awaken from the ego’s dream, the more you will make the conscious decision to support the energy of Love and its expressions, as your primary response. The more you do so, the more natural and normal this behavior will become. Awaken, stop pushing the snooze button, begin to open your eyes to what is truly there, a sacred journey that you have co-created with The Divine, for the healing of all mankind.

Today, let us understand that our bad habits, or any expression that seems to place itself in opposition to our loving nature, shows us when we are buying into the ego’s dream as real. Let us no longer punish ourselves for being asleep. Instead, let us use these habits as tools and triggers, that help remind us that it is time to awaken. You awaken when you consciously value and choose love over fear. When you value and choose forgiveness over judgment, positivity over negativity, compassion over condemnation, and peace and trust in God over stressing out and being anxious. The more we practice such choices, the more we will notice how natural, good and right, they feel. The more we make choices that are aligned with the loving truth in us, the quicker we will drop our bad habits and false self concepts, and the sooner we will awaken from the dream.

I am so moved by your messages but boy this one definitely came out of the universe for me today. As I’m nursing a hangover and getting ready to ridicule and shame myself for drinking too much I kind of heard your voice inside me say stop being angry with yourself. Maybe you keep doing this because you need to learn to love yourself and not be so judge mental and critical. So after reading this, my heart smiles and I’m actually all right with myself. Now I can finally see how condemning and shaming myself held me in a holding pattern of repetition. Now that I just love me, I feel freer about it and I think that’s how the bad habits transform… Thank you for following your inspiration and being one to us all. ~Namaste 😌🙏🏼❤️🕯🕊✨

Thank you Amber for being open to the message.

Your function here is to be the light of the world. In each moment and interaction, simply practice consciously aligning with the loving light within you, and then asking that light to lead you. Ask the eternal loving essence within you in each moment and interaction what you should think, say and do, and then think, say and do that. Do so and you will feel fulfilled, because in essence you will be doing what you were created and came here to do.

When the symbols of darkness try to enter you mind’s gate, such as those of self-judgment, ridicule, anger, shame and guilt, consciously stop them at your mind’s gate, and forgive them and yourself. It is by doing so that you once again set your focus on realigning with the light within you and continue to fulfill your function as the light of the world.

All glory to God.

Peace. JBC
