Daily Inspiration: September 20. Animals are Our Friends and Companions Not Our Food and Consumption
Sentient beings most call animals are meant to be our friends and companions not our food or consumption. Animals are God’s creations; being such, they too are love and to be loved. You cannot treat love unlovingly and still see yourself as worthy of love and being loved. Now, I do understand that certain people in parts of this world have little choice, but this message is not truly for those that don’t have a choice, but for those who are looking to raise their levels of consciousness, and one important way to do that is to raise the vibrational quality of the food that they consume and fuels them. If you desire to become a brighter light, it is not useful to consume foods that have been tortured, held captive, scared, lonely, sad, depressed, injured, hooked on all types of medication and antibiotics, eating foods that are not natural to their digestive system, and brutally killed, and have this type of energy flowing within you and fueling you. You love and respect yourself and the body you are using by consuming foods that raise you up and heal like fruits, leafy greens, vegetables, and a small portion of nuts and seeds. Fruits, berries and melons, being of the highest vibrational quality, help you clean out your lymphatic system which then helps the kidneys, adrenals, and liver do their job, so that you can do yours in a healthy and loving fashion here on Earth.
The foods you are allowing into your body are as important as the thoughts you are allowing into your mind. Just as the thoughts we think poison or heals the world we end up creating and experiencing, so too do the foods we eat either helps poison or heal our bodies and our state of mind. Animal protein produces acids in the body that then end up clogging our lymphatic system. Our lymph system is our sewer system, if that is not working properly then this damages our kidneys that then slowing corrodes and destroys our other bodily organs. Dairy products produce mucus in the body that also clogs up the lymph system. Animal proteins, dairy and acids create amyloid plaque which lines and damages both our digestive tract and brain disrupting neural and digestive functions by producing inflammation which destroys cells and creates diseases such as Alzheimer and cancers. When your lymphatic system is clod because of animal proteins, dairy, process foods, excess sugars, pharmaceuticals, and other acid producing materials, it cannot get rid off these byproducts that then plaque up and end up destroying cells and creating cancers. Yet if you consume alkaline producing foods like fruits, berries and melons, you can clean out your lymphatic system, detoxify and start properly and proactively getting rid of damage cells that the medical community sometimes calls cancers.
Imagine eating ice-cream compared to a salad, or some fast/processed food compared to a healthy all natural meal. If you’re in the present moment, paying attention and self-aware, you can feel what foods do to your body and mind. If you’re in the rat race, not attuned to your body, not paying attention, you might not notice the difference, at first. Yet over time, you will see, feel, and understand the difference. The same goes with judgment and anger. Just as high cholesterol, diabetes, obesity, heart disease all result mostly from the food choices that over time we make, so too does sadness, depression, anxiety, and hopelessness also result from the thoughts the over time we allow to fuel our life. Both our thoughts and our food can equally damage or heal us. A judgmental or angry thought of yourself or others here, a judgment or angry thought there, no big deal – we say. Yet over time, we will see, feel, and understand, what it is we are doing to ourselves. The more self aware and present we become, the sooner we will choose to stop putting ‘poisons’ of animal proteins, dairy, processed foods, judgment, anger, etc., into our bodies. And I’m here to witness that judgments and anger, as little and insignificant as they may sometimes seem, are as hurtful to our bodies and minds as the processed foods and animal products that many choose to consume. Love instead of consume our sentient companions and you will be loving and healing yourself.
