Anger as an Illusionary Programmed Response

Video message based on the Inspirational Daily post of March 5:

We have for so long been subjected to the ego’s programming that certain illusions now seem like natural responses. Let us remember that a true natural response brings us peace, a programmed response brings a lack of peace. For example, we have been taught to believe that anger is a natural response. Yet how many times have we supported it as a natural expression, only to latter become so sick of its effects on our life that we finally forgave it and let it go in order to return to some level of internal balance and peace? And yet still, how much anger and resentment do we continue to hold unto out of some warped sense of righteousness, false power, and control? Today let us stop sacrificing our time and energy to the false idol of anger, and instead practice returning to our natural state, the state of peace.
