Judgment is not Possible Without the Past
Video message based on Facebook post of July 30:
It is not possible to judge a brother or sister without the past. You extend the past into the present, creating a future like your past, and still question why you are confuse as to what is really going on. You defend a judgmentally based thought system as real and true, even though this same thought system only hurts and punishes your brother and you. What upsets you is not what your brother says or does, what upsets you is the frustration you are feeling by trying to deal with the present through the past. Thus every time you judge a brother, you are in truth simply judging yourself for not being able to express and experience your truth, the state of peace. Thus you externalize your frustration out projecting it onto your brother through the act of judgment. You think that this will somehow relieve and release you from the frustration you feel, but even when your ego tells you that you’re absolutely right, that you have every right to do so, you still find no lasting peace in judgment. My friend, give away the past and return to the present, do so knowing you are giving away nothing and receiving everything in return.
