If you are currently grappling with or holding onto unloving thoughts of yourself or others, this moment is actually gifting you the opportunity to remember, that it is you who has control over your thoughts, your thoughts do not have control over you. Today instead of fueling the flames of anger, resentment, and revenge, let us consciously stop those thoughts, and take back the control of our minds. For just a moment, close your eyes, take a deep breath in allowing peace, love, and forgiveness to enter and flow through you, then as you breathe out release all thoughts of pain, anger, and revenge. Continue to do this until you have taken back control of your thinking. Today let us remember that it is we, in every moment who choose our thoughts/companions on this journey, they can be peace, love, and forgiveness, or they can be anger, resentment, and revenge. The final choice is yours.
