Self-Judgment and Anxiety
Video message based on the Inspirational Daily post of November 28:
We are all love, the expression of God, yet we cannot fully experience what we don’t accept. When we don’t accept ourselves exactly as we are, then we are failing to love our whole self. If we are not loving our whole self we are forgetting that we are One with God. Forgetting makes us feel alone, lost and confused. Feeling alone, lost, and confused is what allows self-judgment and anxiety to manifest. Self-judgment and anxiety help remind us that our mindset is where it does not belong. We belong in the states of peace, love, and joy. Seen from a place of love, self-judgment and anxiety come to us as aides, not adversaries, helping to guide us out of the state of confusion to one of clarity, and for that let us offer them the gratitude that they deserve. Let us today show appreciation not only for those moments when we are aligned with the love that in truth we are, but also for those moments that are helping us remember that where we are, we do not belong.
