Today, if your ego demands judgment, recall the following: Today, when the ego demands judgment, remember the following:

1 – God uses all for good. God is Love and you have co-created your journey with the Divine. Being Love, the Divine will use all your choices and experiences to assist you in your growth, healing and awakening.

2 – Throughout the day, keep asking yourself, “How am I feeling?” You belong in the state of peace. If you are not at peace, then let this be a signal to you that your mind is somewhere that it doesn’t belong.

3 – Practice catching yourself as quickly as possible when you are not at peace. Then take some long, slow breaths and consciously feel peace in your body. The more you practice this, the less time you’ll spend out of alignment and the more time you will spend in the state of peace. …continue reading.
