Six Steps to Creating a Less Judgmental, Sarcastic, and Critical World

Video message based on Facebook post of November 3:

(Part 2)

To begin creating the world you would like to see and experience, and decrease your participation in a judgmental, sarcastic, and critical world try the following:

1 – Offer gratitude instead of self-judgment: Instead of putting yourself down for being judgmental, sarcastic, and critical of yourself or others, offer gratitude to your highest-self, God/Source, and see this moment as being gifted an opportunity to practice aligning with your true nature (the state of peace).

2 – How do you feel? When you’re at peace you’re in alignment with your truth. You will know when you are not in alignment when what you think or say just feels wrong/heavy and makes you lose your peace of mind.

3 – Catch yourself: Practice catching yourself quicker and quicker each time you’re not in alignment with the truth in you. This way you’ll spend less and less time out of alignment, and more and more time in the state of peace.

4 – Forgive yourself: When you catch yourself being out of alignment, being judgmental/sarcastic/critical, stop that thought process, and correct it within your mind by forgiving yourself, and reminding yourself that your journey is sacred.

5 – Forgive others: In your mind or verbally, forgive those individual who triggered that response in you. See that judgmental response as an opportunity to practice forgiveness. When the ego insists on judging them for judging you, remember where that thought process has taken you a thousand times before and forgive instead.

6 – Encourage yourself: Every time you catch and stop yourself from sinking into a response that is judgmental/sarcastic/critical of yourself or others, and you instead offer forgiveness, peace, and joy, gift yourself a little pat on the back. The ego would insist this is no big deal, but in truth you are in the process of consciously creating the world you truly desire to see and experience.
