Your Thoughts Paint the Picture of the World You See

If your thoughts are imprisoning you in a world where anger, sadness, confusion, and anxiousness reside, then know that it is also your thoughts that can set you free. When you start recognizing that it is only your thoughts that can hold you captive, you will stop directing your attacks outward and start looking within for solutions. When you feel trapped, know that your thoughts are buying into and living in the ego’s mindset. When you feel free, know that your thoughts are aligning with God, with All That Is.
Today we remember that there is not one unforgiving thought that can hold us captive without our permission. Today remember that it is you who control your thoughts, your thoughts should not be controlling you. Today let us remember that the more we focus our thoughts on the ego’s mindset, the more ‘real’ we make it. The more real we make it, the more imprison, angry, sad, confused and anxious we will feel. As soon as we through forgiveness return our thoughts to God, the more we will experience what true freedom feels like and we will want nothing else.
