Today, let us take greater personal responsibility for how, throughout the day, we choose to spend our moments. The accumulation of these moments will become the life that we end up offering to this world. In order to become more aware of how we are spending our time, let us create two lists. In the first one, let us list moments that are helping us create the life we want. What are the thoughts, words, emotions, actions, reactions, interactions and beliefs, that are moving us towards our desired destination? In the second list, let us will write down the moments that are in some way blocking or impeding us from creating and living the life we want. These will be ‘living lists’ that will grow or shorten, expand or contract, and ebb and flow, with the choices that you, on a daily basis, make.
Today, on one list, add those activities, thoughts, beliefs and relationships, that bring you joy, passion, fulfillment, trust, love, self-love, and inner peace. On the other list, write down the activities, thoughts, beliefs and relationships, that bring you judgment, self-judgment, struggle, stress, anxiousness, anger and despair. Both of these lists are of equal importance, and should be questioned, thought about, and updated on a regular basis. Do not feel bad about the dark thoughts, for they will simply help you better see and define what you no longer want. This action it and off itself helps give you a clearer picture of the life you want. Now, any belief or programmed response that is not supporting the life you want, is simply recognized, forgiven, and no longer supported.
