Daily Inspiration: August 12. You Need Not Defend Yourself Against Illusions – Condensed Version
God is Love and All, yet in this world of duality, the ego has programmed us to believe that there can be an opposition to All, Love, God. Thus, it is our programmed belief that opposites to All are real, that makes us feel like we need to defend ourselves against illusions. When Love is All, then All that you are is love, thus any thought, word, emotion or action, that you think or take, that is in opposition to love, must not be real nor a real part of you. And so, you may have been programmed to judge, be angry, anxious or hate, yet because all these are in opposition to Love, none of these are the truth in you. The more you use the ego’s tools of judgment, anger, anxiousness and hate, the more you will see, realize and feel, how unlike they are to the truth in you.
Today, let us practice, recalling and thus reinforcing, that only the truth in us is true. First, recall that we are Love’s creation, and thus that only the Love in us is true. Second, recall that we are all One, and thus what is true in one of us, is true in all of us. Third, recall that Love only loves, and thus when we are being our true-self, we offer love and only love. Fourth, let us recognized, that those aligned with Love are awake to who in truth they are, those align with the darkness, are simply asleep and dreaming. Fifth, let us remember that when those who, through thought, word or emotion, attack us, it is not the truth in them doing so. Sixth, let us practice simply overlooking or forgiving their dreams of us, by reminding them of how one who is awake, acts, reacts and behaves, through their loving nature.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.
