The “Act” of Anger
The “Act” of Anger
Video message based on Facebook post of April 21:
If you feel anger towards another, you are not actually angry at them, you are angry at ‘your perception’ of them. When you ‘act’ in this manner you are unconsciously disagreeing with God/Source, that highest part of you who only sees your sister and brother as His/Her perfect creation, it is here where inner conflict and confusion results. In the state of unconscious conflict and confusion you will feel unbalance, enough time in such a state will result in anxiety, fear, and internal chaos. It is in supporting such a state where peace seems impossible to reach or find. We are One, our truth is loving, compassionate, and forgiving, thus when you are not seeing another in this manner, it is because you are not fully recognizing yourself. Today we practice listening to that highest self that is always calling for a reunion with Source, for being loving, compassionate, and forgiving. It is when we begin to listen to the truth within that clarity, balance, and peace result.
