The Usefulness of Every Moment
Video message based on the Inspirational Daily post of July 24:
Your day is simply a result of how you choose to spend your moments. Manifest your dreams by increasing those moments you spend participating in activities that bring you joy, passion, fulfillment, and inner peace. Equally so, consciously start decreasing those moments you spend supporting thoughts of judgment, struggle, stressed, anxiousness, and despair. Don’t underestimate the importance of some moments over others. For some moments will remind you of, and reinforce within you, your true nature, and others moments will assist you in sharpening your focus and reminding you of what you truly desire to experience in your life. The ego would insist that moments spent supporting thoughts of judgment, struggle, stress, anxiousness and despair are bad or wasted, but this is not so. These moments are helping us realize what we do not want, and by doing so, they are assisting us in getting a clearer picture of what it is we truly do want. Thus gratitude, not judgment or self-judgment should be offered for such moments. Today let us offer gratitude that every moment is of use, helping us remember our true nature.
