We are all already One, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. In our own unique ways, we are all working toward increasing our awareness and understanding of our Oneness. Anytime that we express ourselves through Love, in essence we are representing Oneness. There are numerous expressions of Oneness and Love, such as compassion, kindness, peace, joy, hope and forgiveness. Like rivers that naturally flow toward the sea, so too do we naturally seek to represent Oneness here on Earth. The more we start to recognize the sacred sameness in everyone, our Oneness with All, the more we will feel the energy of Love flowing through us, healing our hearts and soothing our souls.
Today, let us practice seeing every interaction as an opportunity to help us learn how to align with, be and represent the state of Oneness. Imagine seeing all of our brothers and sisters as light posts on our journey back Home to Oneness. Imagine them coming into our presence simply to help awaken us to who we are in truth. When we recognize this about them, a sense of gratitude is felt. Gratitude, as an expression of Love, leads us toward a conscious union with Oneness. All of Love’s expressions, such as peace, joy, compassion and forgiveness, are roads that lead us to Oneness. If we withhold any of these expressions from “others,” being that we are all One, we will be delaying our own conscious return to, and union with, Oneness.
