We are all already One, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. We are all, in our own unique ways, either working towards becoming greater examples of Oneness, or are in the process of recalling that we are here to become examples of Oneness. Anytime that you express yourself through love, you are in essence representing Oneness. There are numerous expressions of Oneness and Love, such as compassion, kindness, peace, joy, hope, forgiveness, and trust in God. Like rivers that naturally flow towards the sea, so too do we naturally seek to represent Oneness here on Earth. As you start to see the sameness in each other, your Oneness with all, you will begin to notice how everything that you do to or think of another, you experience yourself. The more you, through your thoughts, words and actions, bless another, the more you will feel the energy of love flowing through you, healing your heart and soothing your soul. Equally so, when you in any way judge or curse another, you will feel the heaviness of your frustration, anger and resentment, accumulating within, flowing through you and throughout your day. Do not judge yourself for judging others, for this is what the ego would have us do. Instead, recall that although all One, we each get to the realization of being One, at our own individual pace. As we do so, we expand Oneness, and become a brighter light that encompasses and embraces more and more of those who travel along our way. When you judge or feel separate from another, learn to use such moments, not to continue to punish yourself with your own thoughts, but instead to help you feel how unlike this way of thinking and being is to your soul’s desire for unity and peace.
Oneness is all that is in truth real. Yet, in this world of duality, there appears to be an opposition to Oneness, to reality. This is where the ego’s false concept of separation resides. The ego uses this falsehood to fuel its mindset. The ego programs the idea of separation into you, through the ‘act’ of judgment. It uses judgment of self and others, to try to hide our perfect eternal loving essence and nature, that of being One with God and All. Anytime you are being judgmental of self or others, know that you are simply buying into the ego’s past programs of separation as real. Remember, the ego placing itself in opposition to All, can not be anything but nothing. Thus nothing the ego produces, none of its programs are real nor true. Do not put yourself or others down for believing in this illusion as real, for that only strengthens the ego’s grip on you. Instead, practice using such opportunities to help you better understand how unlike these feelings, actions and emotions, are to your loving essence and nature. Notice that when you judge self or another, you end up carrying judgment’s heavy burdens. Feel the weight and darken energy of the burden of judgment. Feel how unlike it is to the loving ruth in you. Then use your gift of free will to forgive it, your misperceptions of the moment, and everyone else involved in that moment. Feel yourself releasing all of your burdens over to God. Visualize them dissolving in His loving light. Then allow a sense the clarity and peace to return to you, aligning you with the state of Oneness. This feeling of being at One with everyone, is what we all, deep down inside, desire. A world where every one is our brother and sister, and where all people are seen and treated as God’s children. You are forever worthy of the peace of mind and joy that such a hope offers. Peace of mind and joy, are both natural extensions of Oneness, of our Creator and as our Creator’s children, we are forever worthy of His inheritance.
God being Love and All, when ‘another’ says or does anything, it is because some part of us, will find it of use along our path to Oneness. When you start merging with Oneness, you will begin to notice how everyone, and every moment, both the so-called ‘good’ and ‘bad’ ones, are ‘used’ to help you achieve a deeper sense of self-awareness. As you become more self-aware of your loving nature, you will find it more natural and normal to be and represent the state of Oneness. As you see and understand the ‘useful’ nature of each moment, your sense of gratitude for every moment is magnified. This sense of gratitude will then extend through you and into the world you see. This will then begin to touch everyone you think about or come into contact with. As this continues, your love and appreciation for everyone and all is magnified. As you feel your sense of love and appreciation begin to embrace everyone and all, you can then start to conceptualize the experience of Oneness. It is this conscious alignment with Oneness that we are all, in our own ways, searching for. It is in large part how we think of and act towards others, that will either quicken or delay our conscious union with Oneness. Each brother and sister, when properly perceived, is here to help you reach this destination. How many teachers does God give to us each day? How can we lose our way, when He has filled this world with so many who are here to help us along our path to unity and peace? A day is coming when the understanding of Oneness, will turn strangers into brothers and sisters, and foes into friends. A day is coming when those we once sentenced to a life without us, will be forgiven, and fully embraced. A day is coming when those we had been programmed to hate, will be safely harbored by us, in pure and perfect love and understanding.
Today, let us practice seeing every interaction as an opportunity that is being presented to us to help us learn how to align with, be and represent the state of Oneness. Imagine seeing all our brothers and sisters as simply light posts on our journey back Home to Oneness. Imagine them, coming into our presence, simply to help awaken us to who in truth we are. When we recognize this about them, a sense of gratitude is felt. Gratitude, as an expression of Love, leads us towards a conscious union with Oneness. All of Love’s expressions such as those of peace, joy, compassion and forgiveness, are all roads that lead us to Oneness. Withhold any of these expressions from others, and being that we are all One, you will be delaying your own conscious return to, and union with, Oneness.
