Today, let us remember that judgment is the ego’s primary fuel source. In duality, we can use judgment in two main ways. The first way is to use it to put ourself and others down. This fuels the ego, increasing its grip over our thoughts, mind and life. The second way to view judgment is to see and use it as a trigger mechanism, a sort of wake up call from the Universe that invites us to awaken from our sleep. The more we use the ego’s judgments in this manner, the less suffering and pain we will experience. The less time we spend using the ego’s form of judgment the less the ego is fueled by us. In the first way of judging: 1 – You blame “others” for your reactions, for how you feel, for “making” you judge them. 2 – Blaming others only gives your power of decision-making away to them. 3 – Doing so makes you feel less in control which in turn fuel your desire to defend yourself through the act of judgment. This only makes the ego more powerful. 4 – Being all One you can not judge another without the stench of guilt and shame following you. No one who unconsciously feels guilty and shameful believes themselves to be worthy of God, of His peace of mind and joy. 5 – The ego then has you carry your judgment of self and others with and within you for as long as possible. This burden keeps you attached and chained to the ego’s mindset. In essence, what your judgments are showing you is that it is the ego who is in control of your thoughts, mind and life. 6 – It is when the ego is controlling your thoughts, mind and life that “you” will choose anger, pain and resentment over forgiveness, healing and a peaceful resolution. Still, do not despair for you as God’s creation are forever worthy of a forgiving, healing and peaceful mind and life.
Today, when a thought of judgment tries to enter our mind’s gate recall that you have free will. Recall such thoughts have never delivered to you the world as you desire it to be. As God’s creation you are forever worthy of the world you want. Today, without frustration or anger, gently and politely decline that thought’s entrance into your kingdom. Even when you forget how judgment has tarnished you and once again let it in do not despair. Instead stop and recall that God is forever on your side. God will use all your choices for good, to help you in some way, shape or form, to grow, heal and awaken. Remind yourself when in judgment of self or others: “We are God’s creations and thus eternal in nature. We are not some frozen moment in time. Our thoughts are not a heavy brick of ice we must place on our bare shoulders and carry from the past into the present. We can in any moment allow God to use us and our thoughts for good.” The more we recall that our journeys are a sacred co-design with the Divine the less need we will have to judge ourselves and others. The less judgment we have and create in our lives the more peace of mind and joy we will experience. The more peace of mind and joy we experience the more consciously grateful to God we will become. The more consciously grateful we become the more worthy we will feel of His presence, mercy and grace. As we continue to fill ourselves with the presence of God, Love, it will begin to overflow. We will then desire to offer our blessings to all those God sends our way. Being all One all others are forever worthy of God’s presence, mercy and grace. The more we choose to see all others as God sees us the more we will align with and reflect the Heavenly state of mind on Earth.
Today, let us use the ego’s judgments not to put others and ourselves down but to help remind us that we have free will. We can in any moment allow our experiences to lift us up and thus begin to create a Heaven on Earth. When you learn to use judgment for good it may look something like this: 1 – You recall that in that moment you were simply being honest with your emotions. 2 – You now know that the only emotions you can heal are those you allow yourself to feel. 3 – By not making yourself wrong you give yourself permission to correct your misperceptions with forgiveness, love and understanding. 4 – This shift in perception helps you take your power back from the ego’s punishment centered mindset. 5 – Now back in control of your own thoughts and mind you recall that being all One all others “out there” simply reflect your internal beliefs. They are simply helping you better see and understand what beliefs you are carrying within. 6 – This understanding brings about a sense of gratitude that the power to shift and change your world resides within you. Now you become grateful to your brothers and sisters for helping you better understand your internal dialogue. Now you see them as simply helping you awaken to the truth within. 7 – Now understanding the useful side of judgment you forgive yourself and others. Now you know that God is Love and All and thus uses all for good, to help awaken you to your true nature. 8 – Now thanks to your life experience you have the tools and knowledge to deal with judgment in a more productive, compassionate and loving manner.
Today, let us make judgment our ally and not our adversary. Now, instead of condemning ourself and others, let us use judgment for good, to help us grow, heal and awaken. God is Love and All. Thus every moment can be used to help awaken us to our loving nature. Knowing this, we no longer need to use judgment to condemn or imprison us within the ego’s fear-based mindset. The heavy burdens from our past judgments no longer need to darken our present and future. Now we can use our life experiences to decide what does and does not bring peace to our mind and joy to our heart. Now, thanks to our life experiences, forgiveness, compassion and understanding are in our tool belt. Now, with knowledge in one hand and our trust in the Divine in the other, we are free to create the life we came here to build and share.
All glory to God.
Peace, Health, Happiness, Love, Laughter, and Light.

Thank you Shelly for being open to the message.
The Love with you is all that was ever or will ever be real and true.
The more you consciously choose to align with the Love in you, the easier it will be to think in alignment with the Mind of God, with Love instead of fear, with compassion instead of condemnation.
