Daily Inspiration: November 27. Two Ways to View Judgment
Today, let us recall, that judgment is the ego’s main fuel source. There are two main ways we can use judgment in this world of duality. The first one, is to use it to put ourselves and others down. By doing so, we fuel the ego and its mindset. Acting in this manner only increases the ego’s grip over our mind, and thus over our lives. The second way to view judgment, is to see and use it as a trigger mechanism, a sort of call from the Universe, that invites us to awaken from our sleep. The more we practice seeing the ego’s judgments in this manner, the less time we will spend in that state of mind, and thus the less suffering and pain we will experience in our lives. The less time we spend in the state of judgment, the less fuel source the ego has, the less control it will be able to have over our minds and lives. In the first way of judging: 1 – You blame “others” for your reactions, for how you feel, for “making” you judge them. 2 – Blaming others, only gives your power of decision-making away to them. 3 – Now, unconsciously feeling powerless, you continue to defend yourself through the only way you think you can, through the act of judgment. This only makes the ego more powerful. 4 – We are all One, you can not judge another without the stench of guilt and shame following you. No one who unconsciously feels guilty and shameful believes themselves to be worthy of God, of His peace of mind and joy. 5 – The ego has you carry your judgment of yourself and others with and within you for as long as possible, this burden unconsciously keeps you attached and chained to the ego’s mindset. In essence, what your judgments are showing you, is that it is the ego who is in control of your thoughts and mind. 6 – It is when the ego is controlling your mind, that “you” will choose anger, pain and resentment, over forgiveness, healing and resolution.
Today, when a thought of judgment tries to enter our mind’s gate, let us remember that this type of thinking and mindset, has never brought to our lives, the peace of mind and joy that we, as God’s creations, are forever worthy of. Then, without frustration or anger, gently and politely decline that thought’s entrance into your kingdom. Even when you forget what judgment has done to you, and once again let it in, do not despair, simply recall that God is forever on your side, and will use all your choices for good, to help you in some way, shape or form, to grow, heal and awaken. Remind yourself when in judgment of self or others: “We are God’s creations and thus eternal in nature. We are not some frozen moment in time, that like a heavy brick of ice, we must carry on our bare shoulders, from the past into the present.” Let us begin to see and notice, that the more we remember that our journeys are a sacred co-creation with God, the less need we will have for judgment. The less judgment we have and create in our lives, the more peace of mind and joy we will get to experience. The more peace of mind and joy we get to experience, the more consciously grateful to God we will become. The more consciously grateful we become, the more worthy we will feel of His presence, mercy and grace. As we continue to fill ourselves with the presence of God, Love, it will begin to overflow from us, and we will thus desire to offer our blessings to all others. Because all others, being all God’s children, are forever worthy of His presence, mercy and grace, they will be open to following our example, to the kind and beautiful way that those who have awaken, treat them. The more we all begin to behave in this manner, the more closely we will align Earth to Heaven.
Today, let us use the ego’s judgments, not to put others and ourselves down, but to help remind us, that we have free will, that we can use all our experiences to lift us up, and thus begin to create, a Heaven on Earth. When you learn to use judgment of self and others in this manner it would look something like this: 1 – You recall, that in that moment, you were simply being honest with your emotions. 2 – You now know that the only emotions you can heal, are those that you allow yourself to feel. 3 – By not making yourself wrong, you give yourself permission to correct your misperceptions with forgiveness, love and understanding, not with anger, regret and revenge. 4 – This shift in perception helps you take your power back from the ego’s punishment centered mindset. 5 – Now back in control of your own thoughts and mind, you recall that because we are all One, all others “out there” are simply reflecting your internal beliefs. They are simply helping you better see and understand, what beliefs you are carrying within, that don’t belong within God’s creation. 6 – This understanding brings about a sense of gratitude. You now become grateful to your brothers and sisters for helping you better understand your internal dialogue, so that you can more quickly heal and awaken to your true nature, to the love that God created you to be. 7 – Now understanding the useful side of judgment, you forgive yourself and others with the understanding that God being Love and All, is using all for good, to help awaken you to your true nature. 8 – Now thanks to your life experience, you have better tools and knowledge, so that when judgment once again tries to enter your mind’s gate, you can now deal with such thoughts, in a more productive, compassionate and loving manner.
Today, let us practice shifting our understanding of the usefulness of judgment. What once the ego had us use to condemn ourselves and others, now aligned with the mercy and grace of God, we can decipher its usefulness, and use it for good, to help us grow, heal and awaken. Because God is Love and All, every moment of our journey, when properly perceived, can be used to help awaken us to our true loving nature. Now, when we forget our true loving nature, and allow thoughts of judgment to enter our mind’s gate, we no longer need to live enslaved within the ego’s mindset, carrying our heavy burden from the past into the now and future. Now, with this life experience under our belt, we have it as a tool on our tool belt, to help us more quickly align with our Source, and react lovingly within the now. Now, thanks to our life experience, forgiveness, compassion and understanding, are on our tool belt. Now, with knowledge in one hand and our trust in God in the other, we can be free to create the lives, that we came here to build and share.
