Daily Inspiration: December 28. Decision Making: Does this bring me peace?
To all who struggle, seemingly drowning in the dark uncertain undercurrents of the ego’s programming, to all who think they must dive into deep oceans of endless pros and cons when making a decision, today we set all the ego’s complexities, confusion, and stress filled demands aside, and instead we ask ourselves this one simple yet all-encompassing question: Does this bring me peace? Peace as an energetic expression of Love, shows us that we are in alignment with the mind of God. The mind or Love of God is All that is in truth real, everything else that places itself in opposition to All, is but an illusion, and so there is no longer a need for you to live stressed out, confused or in fear about making decisions, for any decision that you choose to make, will be cover by the All Which Is God. There is no longer a need to doubt yourself, when you realize, that every decision that you make, is part of the sacred journey that you have co-created with God to help you and this planet grow, heal and awaken. Peace, forgiveness, joy, passion and compassion, are all aspects and expressions of our true eternal loving essence, when in doubt, align with them, place your trust where it belongs, and then allow your truth to be your guide, allow the Love in you to decide for you. Today, let us simplify the decision-making task by simply choosing with what will most closely aligns us with the state of peace. Do what offers and aligns you with the state of peace, nothing more than this is asked of you to have peace. Imagine, what kind of day you would begin to experience, if you made this one choice, to allow peace to guide all your decisions. My friend, no matter with what type of chaos induce thinking the ego’s mindset has programmed you with, remember that as Love’s creation, you are forever worthy of the state of peace. Continue to choose peace over the ego’s demands for confusion and chaos, and you will begin to notice that indeed peace is your natural state, and where you in truth belong.
Let us today not put ourselves or others down if we once again find ourselves in a confused or chaotic state of mind, instead let us use these states of mind to trigger in us the memory that where we are, we do not belong. Let us also allow such states of mind to remind us that we are God’s creations, and as such, are forever worthy of the state of peace. Today, let us not allow the ego to make us feel selfish for choosing our peace over all its illusionary demands for confusion and chaos. For we are all One, thus when you align with the truth within, with love and peace, what is in the best interest of your growth, healing and awakening will also, in the end, be in the best interest of all those around you. This may not be easy for your ego to accept, for its whole mindset is base on the idea of separation, that if one wins the other must lose. The ego supports this type of thinking, through the act of judgment self or others, by calling us selfish. Let us remember that anything that the ego says or demands is false, because placing itself in opposition to All, it can not in truth be real. If you are reading this paragraph, it is because you have probably come to a point on your journey, where you have begun to realize the falsities of the ego’s mindset. You have already had plenty of ego driven opportunities to judge self and others, and you are now aware enough to see and feel how unsatisfactory this way of thinking and being is. Being self-aware, you can feel how what you do to another affects you, and so if the ego’s illusionary idea of separation is false, then its opposite, the idea of Oneness must be true. If Oneness is true, then it is also true that if you focus on your own peace, this will, in one form or another, bring peace to those around you.
Today, let us make this one simple choice, to make peace the goal for all of our decisions. Ask yourself: Does my decision align me with the state of peace? That is all that we are being asked to consider today. We need not dive deep into the myriad of issues that the ego would have us consider, we do not have to toss and turn at night wondering what should be done. All we need do, is make peace our goal, and make sure that our decisions aligns us with the state of peace. A hundred factors will not go into our decision-making process today, only one. We will consciously choose to align with peace, and then we will trust that God’s will, will be done. We will trust that because our Source is Love, and has only our best interest in mind, that all will turn out just fine. What else but peace can we receive when we personally acknowledge that the Father of peace, love, forgiveness, joy, and compassion, forever has assured us that all will be all right? Today, let us use all those times that we fall into indecision, not to put ourselves or others down for this, but instead let us use such instances to practice developing a greater trust in ourselves and God. Trust in yourself that you know, deep down inside, what will most align you with the state of peace, and trust God, that His Love for you, will take care of the rest. Today, let us together remember that there is no opposite to God, to Love, and so where else but within the states of peace and Love can we forever reside? We are the sons and daughters of the Most High, let us remember that there is not one of us, nor one step along our sacred path, that is not a reflection and expression of God’s Love for all of His creations, let us recall this truth as true, and be at peace.
Today, our goal is perfectly simple and clear, our goal is to align our decision-making with the state of peace. In every situation or interaction, our one goal is peace. Today, before every decision, situation or interaction, simply remind yourself: My goal in this decision, situation or interaction, is peace. When you go into a decision, situation or interaction with your goal already set, your experience simply becomes a way to reach and achieve your goal. No matter how simple our goal may be, know that the ego will not go quietly into the night, and so if we find ourselves once again aligned with the ego’s confusion and chaos, let us not despair, but simply take such situations as opportunities to practice developing a greater trust in our own decision-making skills. The more we get to practice making peace our goal for any decision, situation or interaction, the better we will get at it, and thus the more natural this way of being will become. When we see that we actually do have our best interest in mind, we will develop a greater trust, and thus greater sense of peace, with our own decision-making skills.
