Daily Inspiration: October 20. Negative Thinking Shows Us Where We Desire Not To Go
When seemingly stuck in a negative mindset, do not judge yourself nor despair, simply recognized that what you are being offered, is the opportunity to see what thoughts you are holding unto, that are not supporting the life you want. Seen in this manner, a seeming curse, can become a blessing and a great opportunity for growth and healing. Think about, if there was someone traveling with you, who was telling you which roads you did not need to take, would you not be grateful to them? Are they not saving you a great amount of time, stress and confusion, by sharing with you which roads are not of use to help you reach your destination? Today, let us be grateful, not judgmental, when our life experience and those who are a part of it, are showing us what roads we no longer need to take. Once you have clarity in regards to what roads you no longer need to take, you will also be getting a clearer picture and path to your true destination. Your true destination is a conscious union with God, and being able to represent Love on Earth. The roads that align you with the expressions of Love, are the roads that you are searching for and desire to travel. And yet still, let us understand, that the clearer we are about what roads do not lead us to love, the less time we need to waste traveling them. If both the roads to Love, and the understanding of the roads that do not lead you to Love, assist you in reaching your destination, are they both not helpful? If both these types of roads are helpful, should we not be grateful to them? Today, let us simply become aware of the roads, the thoughts, words, actions, reactions and interactions, that are and are not, moving us in Love’s direction. When we start to understand, the useful nature of all our experiences, our gratitude and peace increases, and our path to our destination becomes a smoother and more enjoyable one.
The ego would have you judge yourself and others for having traveled so-called unproductive roads. It would make you feel bad, not spiritual, or good enough, for wasting your time on such paths. But what has the ego’s mindset, judging yourself or others as less than or not good enough, ever done for you? Today, instead of judging ourselves for the path we have traveled, we learn to use these so-called “wrong” paths or decisions, as opportunities, as directional devices, as a sort of GPS for the growing soul. This new wiser and more productive use of our “wrong” decisions, will now help us spend less time sacrificing our efforts at judgment’s altar, and more time being appreciative of our growth. Imagine, simply from shifting your perception, being able to turn so-call errors, mistakes or sins, into lessons learned, wisdom and blessings. If we can find the good in the so-called bad, would then the bad not turn out to be actually good? A simple shift in perception, is all we need to go from a place of pain to a palace of peace. Imagine, understanding how every moment, even and especially the ones that the ego has programmed us to curse others and ourselves for, can when we choose to awaken to the sacred nature of our journey, be seen as a gift from God to us. Imagine, being able to take everything and everyone that the ego once had you blame and curse, and instead now see them all as simply steps on your sacred journey. Let us remember that God is Love and All, and so all steps on our journey, when seen through Love’s eyes, can be use to help us recall and become, who we came here to be. Even learning who you are not, helps you better understand who you truly desire to be. Many times, in this physical experience, we need to travel to certain places within our hearts and minds, that we think we want to go to, in order to learn, that it is not our true destination. Today, let us simply practice trusting fully in the sacred journey that we have co-created with God, and by doing so forgiving and letting go of all our judgments of it and of ourselves.
Today, thanks to our new understanding of the sacred nature of each and every one of our steps, we can now, without judgment, and in fact with gratitude, begin to cross certain roads of our maps. As we cross off what we now know we no longer desire, we begin to get a clearer picture of what we truly want. Our true destination is here to help us build a mindset, that says that every step along our path is of use, and because it is of use it is good, and because it is good it is something or someone who we should be grateful for. Imagine, a life where you are grateful for all your experiences and for all those people who are presented to you along the way. Our conscious alignment with our Source is our true destination, and Love and its roads such as those of peace, compassion, forgiveness, passion and joy, are what will get us there. All these roads are energetic expressions and representations of the truth within us, and thus why, when we are on them, they will just feel right. It is the truth within us, the roads that lead us to this conscious union with Source, the roads that help us represent Love on Earth, that we have come here to show to those who are still lost following the ego’s roadmap. We, those who are awakening or have awaken, no longer need to waste our time judging our or anyone else’s journey. Now, we know, that when we are on the “right” roads, they will feel in alignment with our loving nature, and when we are “not” on the right roads, we will simply feel how unlike they are to us. Now, there is no longer a need to judge the right road as good or the wrong roads as bad, now fully trusting in the journey that we have co-created with God, we know that all roads are of use, and thus helpful. As we continue to grow, our past judgments towards these “wrong” roads will turn to gratitude, and now we will know them as our allies and not our adversaries.
Today, let us understand, that if negative thoughts are simply showing us what kind of mindset we no longer want or desire to support, then that in and of itself, is helpful. If something is helpful, then it is useful. If something is useful, then let us be grateful for it. The more we consciously align with this understanding, the more we start to see the perfect nature of the sacred journey that we have co-created with God. In this sacred co-creation, God uses all for good, and every step of our journey, is helping us reach a higher level of self-awareness. Imagine, a life were you no longer judge or curse your brothers or sisters, simply because you now understand, the useful nature of each and every moment and interaction. Would such a life not be filled with appreciation, peace of mind and joy? Such a life, thanks to God’s gift of free will, is now for you, simply a choice away.
