If you are having problems forgiving yourself or another, if all you can feel are thoughts of judgment, resentment, anger, hatred or revenge darkening your path, then know that it is not the truth in you that is currently in control of your thinking. If you are not in control of your thinking, then you are not in control of your mind or life. Today, take back control of your life by taking back control of your thinking. You can do this by taking back control of the thoughts that you are choosing to think, support and entertain. Today, if judgment-filled thoughts pop up, recall that they have taken you nowhere that you desire to be. Stop your support of these thoughts by no longer spending your time, focus and energy on them. Now, support and fuel the thoughts that will lead you to the life you want. …continue reading.
