Daily Inspiration: January 22. Using Stress, Anger, and Resentment Not for Judgment But As Guides

We have been programmed by the ego to judge ourselves as “less than” or “not spiritual enough” for having experienced stress, anger, and resentment. But as always, today, we will look to reverse the thinking of the ego’s world, by offering these energies and emotions, gratitude for their participation in our life. Gratitude, because now we know, that when we are experiencing them, they are simply showing us where we have lost our way, and are unconsciously disconnected from the mind of God. The more we get to practice seeing when we are disconnecting from the Mind of God, the quicker we can start to realize when we are lost, the less time we will spend aligned with a mindset that we do not want, and so the sooner we can return to the state of peace, at One with our Creator. Learning to appreciate and offer gratitude, for all that we had once been programmed to curse and judge ourselves and others for, will bring us back into a conscious alignment with God, with His mercy and grace, and thus with our natural state, the state of peace. Imagine, being able to now see with appreciation and gratitude, all and everyone, who the ego once had us judge and condemn. Would peace not start to become a greater part of our day, and thus a greater reflection of our life? Imagine, the relief we will begin to have, once we no longer have to punish ourselves, for not being so-called perfect humans beings? Now, we simply get, that this imperfection is a part of a perfect process, a step along our sacred path, that simply leads us back home to the state of peace. Now, we don’t see some steps as perfect and others as not. Now, we see how every step serves its purpose, and how every step, because it is a sacred co-creation with God, is used for good, for our growth, healing and awakening. By understanding and supporting this truth as true, what once separated us can now unite us, and in this Oneness we can, hand in hand, return back Home to the state of peace.

We can in truth be, only what God Is. We can in truth only be, the Love that God Is. We can in truth only be, the numerous reflections of that Love, such as being peaceful, joyful, compassionate, merciful and graceful, it is these energies and emotions that are our true brothers and sisters. Each step along our path can in truth only be a reflection of Love, and so when we are not seeing each one of our steps in this manner, it is not because the step itself is not a reflection of Love, it is because somewhere within our minds the ego’s past programming is blocking our awareness to Love’s presence. If we are not experiencing each step along our path through Love, it is not that we are not wise, spiritual, or loving beings, it is that we have for a moment in time, taken a little nap in the recognition of our true nature. There is no need to judge yourself as less than, for taking a little nap. There is no need to judge anyone, for taking a little nap. Let us no longer judge ourselves or others simply because, for a moment in time, we needed a little nap. Instead, lets just nap, and then wake up refresh, so that we may obtain a different perspective on what we are seeing and experiencing as true. We have, but for a moment in time, forgotten Who we have co-created our journey with, there no need to judge ourselves or others for that. Let us instead, now use that time that we would have in the past used for judgment, and use it to gently awaken and begin to remember. All that we need do, to once again be aligned with peace, is to gently remember who we in truth are, God’s loving creations. Today, be gentle with yourself, be gentle with others, remember Who you have created your journey with, the Creator of the Universe, trust this and be at peace.

Today, let us not judge ourselves, but instead be grateful, that we now have the wisdom to practice catching ourselves quicker and quicker when we are out of alignment with our natural state. Today, let us offer gratitude to stress, anger and resentment, for showing us who we are not, and by doing so, guiding us towards who we truly are. Today, let us drop our self judgments and judgments of others, with the full understanding that no matter what roadblocks the ego puts on our way, we can use them for our good, growth, healing and awakening, and that because of that, we will all, at our own sacred pace, find our way Home. How would your life begin to shift and change, if everything that you once judged yourself and others for, you were now able to see as simply a sacred step along your sacred path? How much less judgment, anger, resentment and pain, would you have to carry? For it is when we recall our sacred co-creation with God, that we begin to see how every step along our path, was created with our best interest in mind. In fact, how could the Father of Love, Peace, Joy, Compassion, Mercy and Grace, not have our best interest in mind? If He has our best interest in mind, it is not some day yes and some days no, it is every day that He has our best interest in mind. It is not some steps yes, and some steps no, it is every step that He has co-created with us with our best interest in mind. Knowing this, what response other than gratitude, would you want to express, to each and every step along your path? We are all One, and so what step along our brothers or sisters path, could ever be anything other than sacred. Understanding this, why would we ever again have any use for being stressed out, angry or resentful?

Today, anytime that stress, anger, and resentment, try to make us lose our peace of mind, let us recall that it is we who have control over our thoughts, it is not our thoughts nor the ego’s programming who should be controlling us. It is we who have final say over what energies and emotions we will focus on, support and thus experience. Let us, thanks to our life experience, remember where the ego’s dark rabbit hole takes us, no where that we desire to be. There is no more need to follow the ego’s programs and answer stress with more stress, anger with more anger, and resentment with more resentment. No, the time that we now spend in these illusionary states, is now up to us and us alone. Today, let us recall that we have co-created our journeys with a Perfect All-Loving Source, and so every step along our path is sacred and good, and will be always used to help us grow, heal, and awaken. Understanding this, trust, peace and forgiveness, now take the place of our stress, anger and resentment. In doing so, we become the true reflections and representatives of Love on Earth.

This is what I needed to hear. I feel I’ve been judged, or maybe misjudged, by those in my church community, cast out by them…..it’s very hard. This is helping me to realign…..thank you so much

Thank you Beatrice for your comment and for being a member of our community. Your journey is a sacred co-creation with God, when others judge your journey, it is not the truth in them doing so, it is that part of them that remains asleep to the truth in them. Continue to be the love that you were created to be, offer others only this love through its expressions such as forgiveness, understanding and compassion, for that is in truth all you can offer them. Do so, and you will have the Love that God Is, flowing through you and throughout your day. Peace. JBC

  3. Teresa

I have gently followed your posts for at least two years. Without a single doubt in my mind, this post on gently remembering as a means of reaching forgiveness and acceptance is the best advice that I have found so far in my quest to heal my heart and forgive myself AND my ex-husband for the horrendous divorce process after 30+ years of matrimony. I wrote a reminder to remember everything gently and posted it on my bathroom mirror. Thank you for this guidance!

Thank you Teresa for being a member of our community. I’m honored that the message was useful to you on your journey to peace. Let us all remember that what we focus on we will experience, and so if we consciously choose to focus on forgiveness, compassion and understanding, and offer these to ourselves and all our brothers and sisters, then that it what will flow through us and throughout our day. Peace. JBC
